Full Body Workout

Full Body Workout is just what it sound like! Every class will be different, no repeats of workouts here. A mix of cardio, core work, strength training, and balance. Some days we will do a workout written on the board together, and some days we will do a circuit. Full warmup and time to stretch out at the end. All levels are encouraged, as each exercise can be modified. This is not a fast paced class, but if you are looking for a challenging workout, we can modify to add challenge as well.
